I recently established a relationship with one of the service managers when another Toyota dealership wouldn't look at my car and in fact told me to have it towed somewhere else because they were busy. I called a friend who referred me to one of the Nalley service persons. They were amazing at taking care of the car and always being truthful and keeping me informed. I have now been back a few times for service and have found it a pleasure to drop my car off and pick it up, knowing that I will be taken care of with great customer service. Thank you

Excellent service, staff kept me informed about service status.

Service at Nalley was great. I had quite a bit of work done on my car, and it is running well and driving smoothly. My service advisor, Jimmy, is the best -- I have depended on him for years for advice concerning the needs of my 2005 Camry. The service department is streamlined from scheduling, to checking in, to informing customers of progress, to checking out and picking up the vehicle. They go over and above in making the entire process convenient for the customer. Great service department!

Scheduled appointment for 11:00am for my first 5,000 mile check up and an oil and filter service. They completed the work and washed the exterior of the car in less than 1 hour! This was on a day when they had projected a 160+ car count for the day. Great service

I was very pleased with my service experience at Nalley Toyota. Jimmy Snyder, the representative who took care of my Highlander, was very efficient and professional and made sure that everything recommended was taken care of. He got it done in a timely manner and I was very appreciative.
