I found the receptionist welcoming and very friendly upon entering the dealership. The salesman was not very friendly but was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I do believe some things could have been explained more since I had the feeling I was expect to know certain things without explanation. I have heard very good things about this dealership and I expect my overall experience will be excellent.

I went to 3 other Toyota dealers in search of a Rav4 test drive. Other dealers were either too busy or short staffed where we left disappointed in the experience. Our last stop was Nalley Toyota of Roswell and we were immediately connected with Kyle Lester who made this a very positive car buying experience. He treated us as if we were his only customer and gave us as much time as we needed to discuss and ask questions. Following the test drive he took us through all of the features of the Rav4 and post-purchase even offered additional instruction if we needed it. Kyle's customer service and attention to detail is what sold us on Toyota of Roswell.
