Richard is excellent and made sure to consult with senior engineer and diagnosed the issue. He was also providing excellent feedback after doing a thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable as well as personable. He provided an excellent customer service.

I had a great experience during a very trying time. I had to be buy a new car to replace my previous car which was totaled. I was able to obtain a RAV 4 Hybrid about a 2 1/2 month wait. It is really paying dividends now that gas prices are sky high. I am getting 41.3 mpg from my hybrid.
