Service advisor, speed of service very good

Pleasant, helpful, professional experience!

My normal service advisor is Francine Potts - she was not there so I was assigned to Juan Perez. He took great care of me in a professional manor. Very pleased.

Everyone was very helpful - most of all Francine in the service dept

I thought my point of Contact was very good.and paid attention to my concerns. He answered my questions and the time was reasonable.

Cody was great to work with. He accommodated me even though I was running late, made sure I got updates as the servicing progressed but was also respectful of the fact that I was working while I was waiting.
