At age 57, I’ve done a fairly good job of convincing everyone that I know (that asks for my advice) regarding car dealers for general repairs to avoid them AT ALL COSTS! Service advisor, Francine Potts at Nalley Toyota of Roswell, has changed my mind. Just an awesome experience and l would let her become a trainer in my organization. She just knows how to read customers and provide best-in-class service. Outstanding!!

Francine was absolutely fabulous in quickly taking care of my car. I had set-up an online service appt. for Saturday at 4:30 pm but when reached there I realized that the appt is only for drop off as service center closes at 5 pm. Francine was empathetic to the extra trip I’d need to make and offered a discount on service to make up for it. When I brought my vehicle on Monday morning, she had the service issue quickly looked into and taken care of. Service advisors like her are the reason I have been a Nalley Toyota Roswell customer for 11 years.

And just as usual David and his team, took care of the problem and then he had them to do a look over my car. Had a couple things that needed to be looked at to be done in the near future.
