The service was fantastic, and Francine was great. I usually have my car detailed in and out and for some reason that makes checking out take a really long time. This time Francine was on top of it and I literally walked in, paid, and left in three minutes.

Service was great! My Advsor David was prompt and knowledgable. He kept me informed during my wait, and my truck was done in the estimated time he gave me.

The 4 starts is not for Service Advisor Janet. She gets 6 stars. The experience was much better this time but even after asking about the AC issues the last 2 times this time someone t actually took time to take a look and fix it. Also I am not sure the car was actually taken for a road test. If they had they would have experienced the question I asked. So it looks like no one's going above and beyond doing just enough. Again Janet was really great to work with.
