The customer service is exemplary, you receive a text message to let you know what’s going on with the car prior to that after testing they call you and let you know if they were able to duplicate the issue if they would not they had me come back and let us know that they did find the issue and give us the price of a pre-owned transmission or a brand new one and the warranty that is covered under excellent customer service

Absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I live about 40 miles away but I will drive the distance if I receive this caliber of service every time. My service rep kept me informed regularly as to the status of my car. I am totally not used to that. He was professional and courteous as were the other service Representatives.
