Made appt that morning… they addresses what I asked… informed me of other issues and whether those were critical or could wait… knew what I was paying up front… place was clean and able to work while I waited. Got done early afternoon.

The front-end sales staff was very friendly and not pushy. We found a great car for a decent price, and they were helpful getting everything set up. The meeting with the financial manager was the low-point of the experience. He rushed through all of the contract details and used a few high-pressure sales tactics to push a service contract that was not needed, without giving an opportunity to fully read through all of the terms of said contract. Seemed like he was in a hurry to get you to sign as quickly as possible, which left a really bad taste in my mouth. Communication also could have been better between signing and pickup. I was grateful for the repairs rendered by the service department (though they used the wrong oil, so had to get that changed afterwards), as well as the top-notch detailing job that made the car feel new. Overall, I would recommend Nalley to anyone looking for a good used car. The process overall was smooth. Just be prepared, as with any dealership, for a few pushy sales tactics, and don't sign anything you haven't read. Know what you want up-front and be comfortable saying "no" multiple times.
