David Ramos is awesome. He always provides great customer service. He is an asset to Toyota.

It took 3 hours but it was fine.

I was happy with how quickly the service was done and how informative the service provider was.

Gave five stars because i know how important it is to the advisor and dealer but there were a couple things that i’ll mention. After maintenance was done car sat on the drive for fifteen to twenty minutes before i was texted and i didn’t like being asked to contribute to the black college fund when paying. in no way am i prejudice but should not be part of getting my care serviced. Also credit to leah for greeting me on the lane when all the other advisors ignored me.

Fast, thorough, offered to change our air filter after showing me a picture of the status of the current one.

Logan did a great job trying to determine the cause of my problem. He resolved one of the issues promptly and was very helpful. The team couldn't reproduce the noise so we'll wait until it can be. I appreciate the effort put forth to determine the problem.

It was fine but I felt like it was a little pricey. They completed the work in advance of what they initially told me and I appreciated it. On another note, I had made an appointment and, when I got there at the appointed time, I was told there were no service reps to assist me (they were busy or at lunch) and that the individual assigned to me was actually on vacation. Why did I even bother.

My service advisor was excellent - she knows we are going on a trip and did all the checks for a safe trip. Highly recommended!!!!!
