Overall I was pleased with the service I received from Toyota of Roswell. David Ramos was my service person and he was very personable and very efficient. I bought my car in on Sat wit an in identifiable noise. The mechanic(I believe his name was Karon) was very thorough he rode with me for about 30 minutes to make sure he understood what noises I was referring to and that he could pinpoint the area where the noise was coming from. While they couldn't exactly pinpoint the cause of the noise on Saturday, they asked me to bring the car in on Tuesday morning and they would keep the car and provide me a loner . When I showed up on Tuesday morning every thing went like clockwork and I was in a loner and out of there in about 15-20 mins. By mid afternoon my car was ready. My only complaint is with the online reservation system. I described my vehicle as a Toyota Highlander but the email I got back with my confirmation said we will see you tomorrow at 1:00 pm with your Toyota Tundra!

David did a great from the time I arrived until I was leaving. He greeted me when I pulled up , confirmed the details of my visit and kept me posted as to the details throughout the visit. Very professional and very efficient. Kudos to David

The Sales Rep kept me up to date of availability of the specific car I wanted, so that I didn't have to make any unnecessary trips to the dealership. I went to Nalley Toyota and purchased my dream car the same day. The Sales Rep and the Financier were both very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. I am very happy with my purchase!

Cole was awesome more attentive then any other rep that I’ve worked with since coming to you guys. Always checked in on me while I was waiting for my car making sure I was okay and comfortable. Always asking for him when I come back for more work. He needs a raise for his great work
