Service for the 15K level took less than 30 minutes. Looking at the time in and the time out, I question if all the items were even done. They say on the sheet that they did them but with the number of cars and what I've seen in service, less than 30 minutes for a service seems quick. Just not sure. James was very pleasant and professional so not concerned with him.

I came for 80k service and it was performed as expected. About a week later they send a notice suggesting service to have a 4-wheel alignment and wheel balancing. So, why wasn’t I told when I was there for 80k service. This is 2nd time receiving a notice a few days after having scheduled service suggesting additional service is needed. After first such notice I went to another repair shop to have the suggested repair confirmed and had it performed.

I was impressed with how quickly Nalley Toyota responded to my midnight online inquiry about the new RAV4. Russell, the sales rep, made me feel comfortable and pressure-free during our follow-up communications. With the assistance of Russell, Stacey, and Tyler in finance, I purchased a new RAV4 Limited with all my preferred features and color in a short amount of time. When I picked up the new car, Russell spent over an hour on a hot noon under the sun patiently demonstrating the new features and operations. Upon arrival in the appointment line for a 8:40 appointment, I wasn’t greeted by anyone until about 9:00 and notice others in the non-appointment line who’d pulled in after me get greeted ahead of me. Despite this start to the appointment I’m glad Juan worked to get me on my way before 10:00 as requested.
