The service was good. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the advisor told me the car would be ready in 1.5 hours. It ended up taking about 2 hours and 15 minutes. If they know it’s going to take that long, I don’t mind…as long as you are honest about it. It’s better if they tel me it’s going to take 3 hours, and it ends up being 2 hrs and 15 min than thinking I’m going to be there for 1.5 hours and end up being there longer.

Purchased a new Highlander. Test drove it. It was in stock. Liked it. Made the decision to buy. Purchasing process was stress free and straight forward. Salesman, Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and helpful and was not pushy. In a time of limited stock of cars, Nalley did not try charge more than MRSP. I appreciate that. (I went into a Kia dealership and they bragged about how much more than MRSP they were able to charge.)
