Excellent service beginning with check-in all the way through to completing the service on my Highlander!

Easy and fast experience. I booked a couple days in advance and was able to get the appointment time I wanted. They checked me in immediately and the 15k mile service was completed in an hour.

Nalley’s service department does a remarkable job. They are courteous and thoughtful from my arrival to my departure. While my car is in service, I am provided a text link that allows me to check progress and hear from my service rep if additional service is needed. Could it be more convenient?

Staff were so accommodating,knowledgeable and walked us through the details. They placed a good value on our vehicle trade in to get what we were looking for. Shout out to Min and Jeffrey from the sales department and Paul from finance. With the excellent experience we had, we even plan to upgrade our recently purchased certified pre owned prime with a brand new RAV4 prime xse when one becomes available and there’s no other dealership better to do it than these guys. I received the same kind of service that I have come to expect from Toyota Roswell Service department. Why I love this location. Dave, my service agent was great. I was in somewhat of a hurry as had to get to a granddaughter’s birthday party and then was going out of town so need to come back and have a few things done that was found upon inspection. Dave got me in and out as fast as he could considering it was a Saturday.

Car was picked up on Thursday, but stopped working on Friday and wouldn’t start. Called Cody and he was so nice and got us right in after we had the car jump started. Car is back home.
