So this is the second time I have bought from nalley. I will say I did start looking at other dealerships and just due to time and convenience. But after numerous calls and dealing with others on get a new vehicle with all the car shortages. I had went one day and just talked to vance a salesman at nally toyota of roswell. He told me it would be a while and from there we just waited but I did shop around. This company did not hassle me or call ten times a day and send 100s of emails. They kept in contact when they knew they had trucks being delivered that was in the same ballpark of what I was looking for but never a bother or over barring. Honestly some times I felt rude to them because of all the other dealerships that kept calling . I would find other trucks online and see the online prices and then when it come down to buying the truck they would add every accessory to the truck and send me a new price. This is not the case with nalley or Vance it was the listed price online and there was no a problem at all with the service or professionalism from both Vance or the company at all .when they tell you something that's what they mean nothing is hidden and they mean what they say ! I would recommend this company in a whole to anyone looking for good honest place to purchase any vehicle from !!! Thank you Nalley toyota for being a stand up company in what seems like a world that everyone uses covid to make excuses or more money that's not the case with yall at all .
