Had the 5k service done. The left rear door has a rattle . Advised the service advisor. She walked out to the car and opened the door. She shook it and got inside. Could not duplicate. I told her it made noise when driving. She said they would look at it. She came and got us because they were done. I asked about the rattle and was told tech couldn’t hear anything. When we got in the car I noticed mileage was near the same. I don’t believe it was even taken for a drive. I didn’t get out of the lot and it rattled. Nothing on paperwork about it. I called and David Roth answered the phone. He said he would have her call me. Still waiting. First time service at your dealership. Been going to Cobb County Toyota since 1994. Will most likely go back to them

James was very courteous and accommodating and did the job quickly . Your customer service people have always been great every time ! Although you need to get your car wash fixed. I had to drive out with a dirty car. Marie Given

Dave Roth was great. He was nice to my kids and listened to what my concerns were for my car.

After I tried and failed miserably to replace a headlight bulb I made an appointment at the dealership and they couldn’t have been nicer. They fixed everything up and had me out of there in no time.

As always, the service staff make my Tacoma run great and keeps me ahead of any issues that could come about!
