All good except the status of my 60k mile tiles that I bought from Toyota that “need immediate attention”. Was told these tires should be replaced at 43k miles, 17k short of what I was sold by a Toyota rep on site during my service.

Making the appointment on line was easy. I received a few remi ders which is a good thing. I did arrive a bit early but they got me lined up with Francine (my favorite). A tiny nick)crack was found on my windshield. A specialist contacted my insurance company, and aftercare riving authorization fixed the nick before it got bigger. My oil change qualified for a coupon discount. They even found a nail in a tire so I can get it changed out before I have problems with it. Love Nalley Toyota!
