Very pleasant experience overall.

It was as quick & easy as possible. The last car Toyota I purchased was at a different dealer. I spent a couple hours of mostly waiting, while the sales person worked on pricing with the sales manager. I’m sure it was some type of sales strategy, but I would never go back there. I appreciate prompt service & low key sales approach that I got this time around. My sales person, Kyle, and all the staff were very friendly & customer service oriented.
