Cody McLemore at Nalley Toyota in Roswell is AWESOME! I had a long commute there but due to his friendliness and his interaction with me made the trip worthwhile. Since Mr. McLemore represented the Toyota dealership with excellent service he made me a customer for a lifetime.

Great service

Nalley Toyota Service of Roswell has become a World Class Service Provider. I have been going to Nalley for about 5 years and have seen a major transformation to where it is now...World Class. It goes like this....I make a reservation and show up on time and greeted immediately. I then head to David Ramos' service desk who is the best service advisor I have ever had....he and I stay connected via text. What is most important to me is my time, and David makes sure that my time is respected and his guys deliver the service on time. The service guys have never "not done the job"...I am always pleased. This service department will make you a customer for life, just like they have me. David has made sure of that!!! Finally, to people that say, "don't get your car serviced at a dealership" are way out touch. Nalley has changed that myth.

Jimmy is just the best! He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. I had a trunk cover thing that I purchased at the parts department when I purchased the car in 2018. It came off the track and even though it was not under warranty anymore, he found a new one and replaced it. My radio went bad as well and that was under my extended warranty, he replaced it as well. I always have a great experience when I visit Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Love you guys!
