From start to finish, our buying experience at Nalley Toyota of Roswell was really exceptional. Our sales advisor, Ava, was extremely helpful and did a great job listening to what our needs were. She took what she heard from us and found a car that was absolutely perfect. In addition, she was just so easy to talk to and made sure we understood all of our options; providing us with important information that assisted us in making smart decisions. Once we found the right car, our finance manager Brandyn did a fantastic job walking us through our finance options and helping us find the best lender with the best rate. We really appreciated the ways he found every possible incentive, coupon, or 'tricks up his sleeve' to save us money. The whole process took a few hours from when we walked in the door and took a test drive to getting our keys and driving home in our new car. We haven't been this satisfied with a car buying process in a very long time.

David Roth was very helpful and informative. Wasn't pushy or trying to force me into services. He let me know what services were recommended and didn't try to talk me into services I could not afford at this time. I will be back to do the recommended services at a later date.
