I receive an appointment the same day. As I live quite a distance from your location, I thought I would have to wait for 2-3 hours. My service adviser routed the car through the planed and some unplanned services in less than 1.5 hours, including a car wash which made the 18 year old Avalon look brand new. The longer drive is well worth the time and effort!
