I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by an employee that directed me to my service advisors desk. He was on lunch break so the other gentleman next to him took care of getting my car checked in. The technician did my pre-travel check and advised of a few items that needed to be done to ensure my car would be safe for my travels.
