I really like working with service advisor Jimmy. He is honest in letting me know what work needs to be done immediately and what can wait. The service department completed the work promptly. We bring all 3 of our cars here for service and always request Jimmy as our service advisor.

The service performed was fine, the service rep was very informative and attentive to the current factory recommended items to be handled. It would be nice, especially after the free Toyota Care coverage expires to walk in knowing what item will be addressed at that visit ms potential costs. I would then be better prepared to answer yea or no to suggested services.

We consistently work with Franchine due to her great communication skills and super friendly demeanor.
