Went to get oil change. Found out car also needed alignment and new Hepa filter

I want to keep my car running efficiently and dependably, of course, however, I am becoming more and more concerned that every time I come for regular service, there is something more I have to get done, and that my warranty doesn't seem to be covering any of it.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient

Service is great. Reps are very helpful. The only issue I had was the coffee machine maintenance. The cappuccino was awful. After one sip I had to throw it out. An employee stopped by and opened it out only to find it was not cleaned and cappuccino was empty. I think more employees use it than customers. Disappointing.
