The service over all was excellent but one issue. When you clean the air duct/vents with the solution you should have the tech cover the vents. When I received my car back and drove away, I noticed the vents, seats, and my center console had white spots on it from the solution they sprayed in the AC vents. Again, after spraying the solution in the vents cover them with a rag and turn the AC on high to remove excess. The wipe everything down to remove residue. A customer should not have to clean his car from a service provided by the dealership.

Came in for a 10K mile service. The Service tech was prompt and explained the scope of the service and expected time. Car was ready on schedule even though the service area looked busy.

My Service provider was efficient, personable, and professional. I am glad that I chose Nalley Toyota for the repair.

Great customer service and great staff. My car was done quicker than what I guessed it will be done. I would recommend having shuttle service back on to accommodate customer’s needs.
