Jimmy was fantastic to work with, and the service was completed quickly! The part was ordered at 2:00 PM and the replacement was completed by 11:30 the following day.

Towed in due to nonstart. Found fuse inserted incorrectly. Upon review, brake pads and rotors needed work. Car kept overnight & ready next morning. Nalley provided transportation. Very nice. Washed car as well. Great job & experience.

As usually the service was excellent. But I really miss the shuttle service. My husband is disabled and he had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room because there was no shuttle. He also ran out of oxygen.

Our service representative, Jimmy Snyder was very helpful as always. As senior citizens we appreciate the care he takes explaining what is needed and why and answers any additional questions we may have. He also makes sure all of the safety features are back in working order before we leave. He is an outstanding representative for Nalley.
