some confusion -- Justin anticipated my PriusV being ready about 1:30. But it was more like 2:30 that we figured out all was held up waiting for me to answer a text message that I had not noticed.do appreciate that tire replacement was at no charge (road hazard) except for service.

Service rep, David Roth, was personable and professional as always. I told him that I likely needed tires since two were at Caution level on my last visit. The mechanics said all was well and even rated my tread at 6s and 7s. I questioned that upon paying and David decided to check my tires himself. Needless to say, we were both livid when two of my tires had tread wear down to 3. I commute 70 miles per day-all highway. PLEASE hold your mechanics to the standard of quality that Nalley customers have come to trust.
