The rep was outstanding. The repair took longer than I expected. It use have been the free car wash which I thought was great. I absolutely love my RAV 4 Prime!

My service advisor, who I always request specifically, is the main reason my experience was so good. His willingness to explain everything to me and advise me on what services are most crucial while staying within my budget keep me returning to Nalley. Basically I trust him. That combined with the fact that I trust that the auto Mechanics are qualified and know what they are doing. I also like that the operation is very efficient and the surroundings while I wait are clean and comfortable.
