I was a walk in and was taken care of within 45 minutes. The entire staff was great. My service tech was awesome!!!

I took my Prius in for a scheduled maintenance and was provided recommended repairs with pictures attached. The pictures allowed me to see the issue rather than take it at face value that repairs needed to be made.

The service was excellent but the greeting was confusing. The person who greeted me said my service manager would be back soon ; go in and have a seat. I did but the service manager didn’t know I had arrived, until I asked about status an hour later. So my car and I waited an hour before work began.
