Good service appointment, in and out

I haven’t always had the best experience with Nalley Toyota. In fact 90% of the time I have gone here I’ve left very disappointed with the service preformed on my car and the service rendered by the staff. This time was completely different. Matt is a very honest person. I visited the dealership because I was having what I thought to be major issues. After visiting with Matt he reassured me that the car is fine and not to waste my time or money on what I thought was the issue. He recommended that I come back when it was time for my 100k service. And boy was he right. I came back a second time and he took care of me again. He is truly leadership material and should be training people on how to give service like he does. Thanks Matt!
