Leah was extremely professional and courteous. She got my vehicle checked in promptly, I mean I felt as if I was the only customer she had for service that day! And speaking of the service work, the fine gentleman that serviced my car carried himself with a grace and humility, and you could just tell he had a solid head on his shoulders. The work was done neatly, and with an eagles eye on the details. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, although the TV was on that chicken squaking show The View which I could have done without! Anyways, Let's Go Brandon and I will be back for future services!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Terrance greeted me quickly as I stepped out of my vehicle. He pointed me in the direction of my rep, Matt. Matt was absolutely delightful to work with. He was thorough with explanations and lined up a repair for a faulty part. Five star experience all the way around.

Matt Thomsen was great! They didn’t have the part needed for my repair so it was going to take a little longer but he was able to get me a rental. What regular mechanic does that?? That’s one of the reasons why I started going back to Toyota, plus they match any mechanic repair shop, even for tires. Also being a senior I have a limited income but they have “Affirm” credit with no interest. Can’t beat that!
