As expected, your staff was very goog. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Janet did an excellent job of explaining what was going to be done. As I was leaving, she got information from a technician to answer my question regarding the backup safety system.

My 5000 mile maintenance check was scheduled very efficiently and conveniently. When I arrived, the check in process was equally efficient and friendly. I even had a small special request which was accommodated with no charge. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Nice job, Nalley!!
