Used the Toyota website to inquire about a Hybrid RAV 4, its features, options, etc. One evening, I clicked on 'have someone call me'. Mr. Donald Law at Nalley Toyota called me first thing the next day. We made arrangements to meet at the dealership. Mr. Law's personality and mine blended perfectly (we're both former military). Our selection of certain options and my wife's desire for a specific color resulted in my wife having a new RAV4 Hybrid on order. Donald made us feel us more like friends than a customer and my wife and I being senior citizens very much appreciated that. By the way, our new RAV4 is much more 'nicer' than we thought it would be.
