Great experience over all. Cody was easy and great to work with. Only complaint would be the prices - I know since it’s a dealership and prices tend to be higher but I didn’t expect some of the prices to be that high. I plan to come back because of the customer service but will probably get work done else where when I need the simpler things done for a better price.

Met all expectations and clear communication

I came in as a walk in and was unable to be serviced due to it being so busy at the moment. Instead of being stressed cooler heads prevailed. Thankfully I was able to get a appointment a hour later with the advisor Cody Mclemore. To say he had great customer service skills would be a understatement! He was very transparent about prices and unassuming . He answered all my questions and concerns about the car I brought. In retrospect I’m pretty fortunate I got turn away as a walk-in because I received great service at my appointment ( Which I have found is heard to come by nowadays).

We had a great experience having our Highlander serviced and oil changed in 45 minutes! But, Cody was the best service writer we have ever had. His personal and efficient customer service was excellent! He made us feel like he is personally taking care of us and our car! Excited to have Cody looking out for us!!
