Usually I have a great experience and have not had any issues in the past. However this time I was offered multiple services that did not apply to my car. Such as differential fluid exchange limited slip and transfer case service. I do not have 4 wheel drive. I was very confused why these services were offered to me and disappointed as I trust taking my car to Nalley.
