The front line service staff at Nalley are always extremely attentive and professional. They answer questions, keep you updated and follow up. I’ve now purchased four Toyotas from Nalley and generally have been happy. However, recently I had some less than perfect experiences with Nalley’s practices with service warranties. The sales team pitches these wonderful sounding (and very expensive) service warranties, but when something on the vehicle breaks, they tell you it is excluded from the warranty. At that point Nalley acts like they don’t know you and you’re on your own. It’s not the fault of the front line service rep but the kind of thing car dealers get a bad reputation for. I thought Nalley was different. Sadly, Nalley is not. If I buy a Toyota in the future, I may go elsewhere.

The facility was great and the Service Advisor even better. However, after my 10K service on 2021 RAV4 the maintenance required light is still on. I assume I will have to google the steps to turn it off.
