The service tech Janet or Delma was very professional and receptive. Addressed all issues, provided all information. Did what was asked for. To be honest the last two techs that serviced my truck turned me off to a point that I was going to leave the dealership. Thx for the good work.

Everything was great, except the quoting process. After seeing estimate of 4 items totaling $113 thru text msg, I approved the work of all items. Then close to $200 of payment request came up for the same 4 items. I dropped two items and kept the total charge low. I don’t think the quoting process is ethical.

Professional service and great staff as well! Waiting time was very minimal in the lounge area was exceptionally clean, quiet and easy Wi-Fi access!

Francine Potts was my service advisor and she was terrific to work with. She quickly got my car setup for service, clearly explained everything that would be done, and how much it would cost. People like Francine are one reason I choose to have my Prius serviced at Nalley Toyota.
