Had great experience. Janet communicated clearly on everything and kept me updated along the way, even going the extra mile on a couple of items. Only critique would be regarding the automated approval via web pages. I had to “reject” a couple of items and then get with Janet to alter them slightly (vs approve or reject exactly as written). Would be nice to have a 3rd option (Approve, Not Now, Discuss w Tech). Otherwise everything was excellent.

Min was great in finding us a RAV quickly especially when there’s such low inventory.
