I was pleased that David Ray got me in quickly for my appointment. He told me that the service would be under an hour and it was. This was my first tune up since purchasing my new 4Runner from your dealership in September, so this was my first time handing my car over to anyone. The part of the visit that was discouraging was when I got back into my car after it was serviced, I saw that there were grease handprints on the interior of my car on the driver's side and on the front passenger's side. I was discouraged that someone with greasy/oily hands had carelessly tracked it on the inside of my new car. I went back to David Ray to show him, and he was very apologetic. He had someone take my 4Runner back to clean up the interior. Then David offered me a full detail for my 4Runner due to the condition that my car had been left in after the servicing. The reason that I'm rating my visit as 5 stars is because of David Ray.
