Great service! Everyone was very helpful and explained things clearly

I had a overall great experience & I am loving my new car! Communication was great in terms of options, pricing & the overall process from start to finish. I did not feel pressurized to buying into just any car.Some areas of opportunity:1. Costco discount was below my expectations2. Finance discussion perhaps can be toned down to layman understanding as not everyone can understand legal terms.3. Sometimes hearing an opinion or generalized statement that can impact the customer negatively, while buying/leasing something as big as a car, is perhaps something to consider. I am sure that comments like that come from a good place but may give the customer cold feet.
