Very good service.

I decided to wait for my car. The wait wasn't long. My attendant, Jimmy was very nice. He sent a text message with details on maintenance needed for my car. Very friendly atmosphere. Clean with options for social distancing. Options for beverages as well. Great experience.

David Ramos, our service manager is outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have been Toyota customers since 1979. We own a RAV4 and a Corolla currently and have successfully used your dealership for all the service work for the past 9 years. Over the years we have used Toyota dealerships in a few parts of the country, including in Greensboro, NC. and Raleigh, NC. for 12 years before moving to Johns Creek, GA. David is the best automobile service manager we have ever worked with. He is a real asset to your organization! Great service but didn’t get a car wash. Had a Magnetic sticker on my car so they didn’t want to run it through the car wash

As always Matt did a great job in handling my routine servicing on my leased 2020 Rav 4. I was in and lout in less than 30 minutes and everything was fine. He is very professional, great customer service and very knowledgeable. Kudos to Matt and his team for making me a “ RAVING FAN “ Thanks.

Excellent service

My appointment was at 9:00 and they were ready at the appointment time! They did the work and finished when they said it would be done. They even washed the car inside and out! Thanks again for such great service. Although, I still think it feels odd not having new cars in the showroom. It’s always fun looking at the cars while I’m having work done on my car.

Quick and easy and felt I was taken as cared for as my car.
