Why I removed a star from my evaluation? Three days after my RAV4 was serviced I had to drive 45 minutes back to the dealer because I noticed remarkable oil leak on my garage. I received immediate attention and had to wait about an hour for diagnosis and 'repair'. The explanation I received was that "residual after filter change were not cleaned enough and that oil level was doublecheck for reassurance". By the way, this was the second t time I had exactly the same experience with this dealer for service to my 3 years old car.

Service was done professionally and timely. Well done.
