Matt was very helpful, explaining what needed to be done and why, as well as providing choices where indicated. He provided a loaner for overnight, explained exactly what to expect and when. My husband, old-school diy mechanic, needed calmed down about price of services. Matt understood exactly what he was saying, took the time to explain differences in newer cars, and made us both feel really good about working with him specifically and Toyota in general. Matt is a real asset to the Toyota brand and the dealership! When we drove away, my husband couldn't get over how much better the car drove and agreed regular maintenance is key!!
