Technician was excellent, service advisor Service Advisor Zain Butt added $16.50 over the agreed upon price to my charge - did not tell me, did not respond to emails or text or phone after asking for credit. Not a lot of money, but would have trouble trusting again - he was very cold like a robot just doing his paperwork?? Service manage was extremely helpful sincere and willing to help me.

It was a routine maintenance. Made the appointment the same day. We were in and out fairly quickly.

Everything went smoothly.

Smooth as silk.
