My Technician Jalin was great and my car is doing well. However the dealership is always packed and takes forever even when you have an appointment. I’m giving it a 4 more because of customer service.

Good experience. As usually, everyone was professional and courteous and the work was done well. That said, the whole visit took longer than necessary. Also, while I appreciated the wash, it was a bit annoying that I had to readjust my driver's seat after getting the car back.

Really liked my service advisor. Polite, knowledgeable and stayed on top of everything.
