The only reason not 5 stars is just to be more mindful of online scheduling system sometimes scheduling with service providers not at work for the day. Otherwise, excellent service! Nikko was amazing, 5 stars for professionalism, good advice, and efficiency. Great work and professional behavior from the team as always, thank you!!

Great experience and the woman who helped me was great. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is because my car wasnt put back correctly and there were grease marks on the backseats that I had to clean and parts to put back when I got home. Otherwise great

My white leather interior had black grease fingerprints all over it. The white headliner had black oil on it. It took a while to get a call back from service manager. The car was returned with the headliner issue remaining, as no one inspected; therefore, I refused to take the car and sent it back. There is now a yellow ring on the headliner from whatever products were used. The car was purchased from your store and only has 5500 miles on it. I am very angry and will never recommend your dealership.
