My service tech was very helpful and explained everything that I asked about. The time it took for my service was reasonable.

Everything was well executed, as usual, but dinged a star because it took 3 hours to do a simple oil/filter/air filter change and tore rotation, and that's with a pre-arranged appointment. Otherwise, great.
