I had my 4-runner at the dealership on Thursday, and my grand highlander was there on Friday. I received exemplary customer service from Dave Ramos on both days. One vehicle was a huge expensive repair job (money maker), and one vehicle was routine complimentary service and Dave treated both appointments the same.
