I have owned Toyotas all of my driving life and have been a loyal customer of Nalley Toyota for almost as many years. Yesterday, I had what was perhaps the best service experience ever! My service writer, Jimmy Snyder, was incredible! For the most part, I am mistrusting of guys in these positions, but Jimmy is not THAT kind of service writer. He is honest and caring about me/you, the customer. I won't be taking my RAV4 to any other dealership, as usual, but I won't be taking it to any other service rider than Jimmy ever again.
