I had my 4-runner at the dealership on Thursday, and my grand highlander was there on Friday. I received exemplary customer service from Dave Ramos on both days. One vehicle was a huge expensive repair job (money maker), and one vehicle was routine complimentary service and Dave treated both appointments the same. He demonstrated that I am always a highly valued customer regardless. Nalley sets the standard of care through qualified caring service advisors such as Dave Ramos.

I have owned Toyotas all of my driving life and have been a loyal customer of Nalley Toyota for almost as many years. Yesterday, I had what was perhaps the best service experience ever! My service writer, Jimmy Snyder, was incredible! For the most part, I am mistrusting of guys in these positions, but Jimmy is not THAT kind of service writer. He is honest and caring about me/you, the customer. I won't be taking my RAV4 to any other dealership, as usual, but I won't be taking it to any other service rider than Jimmy ever again. Thank you, Nalley!
