David Ramos took care of all my needs and listened to what I had going on. The electronic system letting know status of my service and then recommendations was easy to navigate and approve without all the back and forth that you sometimes experience at a dealership.

Went to get a 20k service no issues. Biggest complaint however if offering to wash the car, make sure all the suds are off. Ended up taking my car and washing it myself afterwards.
