Went to get a 20k service no issues. Biggest complaint however if offering to wash the car, make sure all the suds are off. Ended up taking my car and washing it myself afterwards.

I thought I made an appointment with you, and I obviously made it at the wrong place. The female attendant so no problem, you are early so let's get you in. The female service representative was very nice and helped me out when we noticed that another service representative merged my account with my fiancé's. I have A LOT of history with you, so I needed to have my account back. She did it right away and I was good to go. I am sorry I cannot remember her name. It was very unique.

McKee was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

My service advisor was thorough and went over everything in detail. He provided me the cost estimate, expected wait time, and showed me around the waiting area to make me more comfortable. My wait time was slightly less than expected and the environment was pleasant.
