I needed my electrical system checked because my battery died. I made an appointment but things were pretty backed up. The team made a great effort to get everyone is quickly as possible. My service rep did a great job, as always. Once the problem was diagnosed, he presented options and gave great advice. I also appreciate the car wash.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that after scheduling and arriving at the dealership for my first free service appointment that it had expired. If I had known it was expiring, I would have scheduled the first service visit before the expiration date. Your service manager did provide a $25 discount and free tire rotation but still cost me over $70 for my first service. Within six months of owning the vehicle your service department did call me to schedule service but I have very few miles on the vehicle. It would have been great if they could remind customers as to when the first free service offer expires.

Naj was knowledgeable and friendly. She went over the process, since it was my first time there. And once there were questions about additional service she came to me and explained it. She was great!

Came in for my 5000mile service on my new Rav4. Naj was my point of contact. She explained what the 5 mile service involved and gave me my time frame for waiting. A little over an hour later she came to find me in the lounge to send me on my way. Friendly and professional service!
