The female service representative was very nice and helped me out when we noticed that another service representative merged my account with my fiancé's. I have A LOT of history with you, so I needed to have my account back. She did it right away and I was good to go. I am sorry I cannot remember her name. It was very unique.

I needed my electrical system checked because my battery died. I made an appointment but things were pretty backed up. The team made a great effort to get everyone is quickly as possible. My service rep did a great job, as always. Once the problem was diagnosed, he presented options and gave great advice. I also appreciate the car wash.
